world championships in Germany. Her list of competition awards through the years is quite extensive. She has also has the honor of training numerous award winning stylist. Flora has made it her lifelong goal to be the most well rounded hairdresser imaginable. She has spent the past two decades continually training and teaching advanced color, cutting, and styling techniques. Her passion and expertise now gives her the opportunity to share her extensive knowledge with her extremely motivated and skilled staff. Flora is still amazed to be surrounded by such talent. Maria has studied at the Goldwell International center for creative development in Baltimore Maryland and has also studied under the watchful eye of, Billy Yamaguchi in the art of "Feng Shui Haircutting" Like an artist, she is always mindful of balance and form when creating a style. Maria uses only top of the line products. Ask Maria and she will tell you the most gratifying part of her job is her is her clients excitement when they see how they look; having a great cut, color and style can help boost your confidence and self-esteem!

Rueben relocated from Detroit, Michigan to the bay area over 20 years ago. In Michigan, he specialized in hair and makeup as an assistant for a photographer for major car companies. When he moved to Pinellas County, he worked at a prestigious Clearwater ethnic salon for five years. Rueben has been at Salon Bella Flora since they opened the doors in 1996.
Rueben has been educated in numerous color lines. With over 25 years experience in cutting and coloring, he am happy to say that he loves his work and takes great pride in making sure his clients expectations are met.
